My sorrow is not for sale

My sorrow is not for sale,
Nor for exhibition.
Yet I end up auctioning my tears
The devil bids the highest.

Sometimes, you come across words that capture your thoughts. It makes you think, hey, these are words that are exactly what I want to say. How can someone else, distance apart say something so close to your heart. Beautiful!

You say so much in so few words. That is a real skill. This was lovely.

I don't know about my sorrow.
But my joys are for sharing.
In my second innings
I have learnt this lesson hard.

@Joe Pinto maybe I know what you mean.. but then, sorrows shared are halved, aren't they?
